Return policy

In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

The address for your returns:
Please contact us by email to receive the complete shipping address. Please email us before sending any items and wait for us to provide you with a return address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Packages must be returned via Colissimo at the Colissimo rates in effect.

For packages outside France, please contact us to find out the return costs.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain products such as veils (hijab, khimar, jilbeb, veil sold with Dubai abaya, silk squares), pashminas or even hats.

We do not accept returns of Dubai abayas, as their delicate fabric makes them fragile during shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

We remind you that: The right of withdrawal has exceptions . For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized" (article L. 221-28 of the consumer code). Personalized products are therefore not covered by our withdrawal policy.

Promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with their labels. For returns from abroad, please contact us.

Any damaged or stained product will be refused.

The returned product may be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value. We do not make any refunds unless the error is ours and the item is defective.

After exchanging your items, the shipping costs are your responsibility.

PARCEL INFORMATION: Once your package arrives at your collection point, it will remain there for 8 days. If you do not collect it within 8 days: no refund will be accepted; you will have to pay the shipping costs again to have the package resent to you.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Consumer's right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 211-1 et seq. of this Consumer Code, the consumer thus benefits from a right of withdrawal. That is to say, he is entitled to a refund for his purchase.

However, this only applies when the product has a lack of conformity or a hidden defect, never in requests for reimbursement of a purchase for personal comfort.

Does a store have the right to refuse a refund?

Yes. Beyond the provisions of the Consumer Code (non-compliant product, presence of a defect or hidden defect), nothing obliges a store to refund a purchase or to set up after-sales service.

In short, a store can perfectly well decide to refuse to refund a piece of clothing whose color you no longer like, a book that you no longer remember having in your library, etc.

Each store is free to set its own retail policy. For example, some stores may decide not to refund products such as books, air conditioners, special orders, underwear, etc., without having to provide a reason.
